Cancellation of an order
You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.
To cancel an order you just have to tell us by e-mail, providing us with the order number you wish to cancel.
Return an order
Whenever you have to return or exchange a product, contact us to let you know how to proceed.
You can return any product if you notify us before 14 days from the day you received it and without having to give any explanation. The condition is that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition, without opening or manipulating. In this case, after receiving the returned product, we will immediately pay your amount deducting the shipping and return costs.
Of course, you can also change any product that has arrived incorrect or in bad condition.
When you have contacted us and we have confirmed that you can return the product, what you will have to do is very simple: we will send you by e-mail a “return receipt” that you will have to print and enter in an opaque and well protected package, along with the product and all its complements. A messenger will go through the direction you give us to pick it up. If he does not find you, he will leave you a notification so that you can agree on an hour of collection. Once we have received the package and confirmed that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of it.
The item I received has been damaged during transport
You must notify us of any breakage or damage due to transportation by contacting our Customer Service Department by sending an email to email@example.com, since we must be aware that there has been an incident.
When you receive your package, make sure that the product has not been damaged in transit. The package received must be externally in good condition. Otherwise, note this fact in the delivery note of the carrier, reject the shipment and notify in writing to santabarba.es within the next 24 hours.
If you have no external symptoms of damage during transport, open it and check the merchandise. In case of deterioration of the product or lack of conformity due to transportation (which are not manifested at the time of delivery), you must notify santabarba.es within 48 hours of receipt by mail.
